Custom single family homes have constituted the bulk of residential design work by Bradley Engineering. Single family homes presents a multitude of unique and challenging design conditions. These design conditions are often more complex than those found in larger buildings that tend to incorporate symmetry and simplicity to gain economy.
We have also been involved in multi-residential projects, most recently with the design of 6 and 8 unit, 3 story condominium buildings with floor areas up to 16,0000 square feet. Twelve buildings are planned, four have been constructed to date.
